My full experience with this office didn’t start out great but it was *totally* redeemed. I was referred to the periodontist from my dentist and they got my number wrong so when they called to confirm, and I didn’t answer, they canceled my appt. Since their periodontist is only in like once a month it took a solid 4.5 months for me to actually get in to see her BUT this is where it gets good. Dr. Worsham was a delight. I think I’d rather get bad news from her than anyone else. Completely lovable, honest, funny, and truly interested in the best for your mouth. So I scheduled my deep cleaning and the hygienist is hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever had. I’ve never felt so cared for in the dental chair by anyone. When I started to feel dizzy, she brought me a snack before even getting started, and when I started to shake because I don’t handle anesthesia well, she sat me up and let my body calm down before continuing- twice. She listened, she talked me through everything, and thought about what I needed before I ever had to ask. Lisa was absolutely amazing. Lovely people all the way around in this whole office. It just feels like everyone is trying to make it a gentle experience from start to finish. So grateful and so happy to have a new dental home. ❤️
